Interesting Ability.
I’ve thought about this, and and I still maintain that a pretty impressive superpower is the ability to make women menstruate at will. Messing with that level of hormones could pretty rapidly allow you to amass an army of messed-up, pissed-off women who would do anything in order to feel better. Also dispatching female opponents would be easy, using anything from their sense of shame to debilitating cramps.
Not to mention making a tidy living on the side as The Abortionist.
